Question:

Hi, Ive been trying to find a plow that will fit my small pickup and this may be it. A few questions. Will this work on a gravel road? My road is probably less than a tenth of a mile in length and about 8-10 feet wide. It has two long straight sections and two turns. There is a large flat area up by the house. Plenty of room to move the snow to. We dont get a lot of snow but over time if I dont remove it, it could get up to 2 ft. deep with accumulation. I bought the truck as is to use as a utility vehicle on our property. It is a flatbed so I can easily add weight as necessary. It did however come with a 2-3 inch lift. Will that be a problem? I think thats about it for now. Thanks,

Yes, the Detail K2 Rampage II Snowplow part # K2RAMP8219 can be used on gravel. I spoke to my contact at Detail K2 and they informed me that the 2-3" lift on your 1989 Toyota Pickup will not be a problem while using this snow plow.

The plow has an adjustable electric winch that allows you to operate it from in the cab or with the wireless remote. The skid shoes let you adjust plow height to scrape over gravel and uneven surfaces.

In order to mount this plow to your vehicle, you will need to use the Custom Mounting Brackets for Detail K2 Snowplows part # K285105.
