Question:

Are any other rails and brackets compatible with the Demco 21k auto slider fifth wheel hitch that can be used on a 2014 Dodge Ram 2500 mega cab 6 1/2 foot bed besides the Demco bracket and rail kit DM8552025-71?

The Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # DM8550035 referenced in your question is an excellent choice for your 2014 Ram 2500 with a 6-1/2 foot bed. As you mentioned, this 5th Wheel Hitch is compatible with the Demco Base Rail Kit # DM8552025-71, but it is also compatible with any industry standard, above-bed base rail kit.

If you are not wanting to use the Demco Rails, I recommend looking at the Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails and Installation Kit # RP50054-58 or the Curt Custom Kit # C16427-204. Both of these rail kits are also custom-fit for your truck and will be compatible with the Demco Autoslide Hitch.
