Solution for Lippert Ground Control Display that is Blank But Buttons Work

Question:

We purchased a new Keystone Cougar 5th wheel in March of 2015 and it has the 4 Point ground control 3.0 electric system on it. It has worked perfectly up until last weekend. Disconnected unit from truck and front end was above level. When I pushed the auto level the green screen flickered and just stayed lit green but it went through the process of leveling the unit. The day we left I turned on touch pad and it lit up green with a blank lit display, touched the left and right buttons and it retracted the rear jacks and brought the unit up to the unhitching height. I have tried 2 batteries both being fully charged at 12 volts and the screen remains blank and lit green, no words and I have removed the face plate on the touch pad waited a few minutes and plugged it back in and it still stays blank. Is there anything else that will reset? Thank you

Sounds like the panel is active but the display isn't working. You've done about everything you could to reset it so you'd need to replace the panel with the part # LC421484 that you referenced.
