Question:
I want to install a bike carrier behind my motor home and still tow a vehicle 4 down with a Blue Ox system. The 2inch dual hitch extension would be ideal. The problem that I am encountering is my tow vehicle curb weight is approximately 4,300#s exceeding the dual hitch rating.

The Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter # RM-077-4 referenced in your question actually has a gross towing weight of 10,000 pounds and a tongue weight of 400 pounds. Towing your 4,300 pound vehicle and attaching a bike rack and bikes should not be an issue with this adapter. Just keep in mind that this product is only intended for flat towing and should never be used to tow a trailer.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this product for you to check out.
If you do not already have a bike carrier, you will just want to make sure you choose one that is rated for use behind an RV. These will be specifically designed to withstand the extra bounce and movement that is present behind an RV or trailer when compared to a rack that is used on a standard passenger vehicle. I recommend looking at the Swagman Trailhead 4-Bike Rack # S63381. This is a sturdy, hanging style rack that can hold up to 4 bikes at 35 pounds each.
I have attached a video on this bike rack along with a link that will take you to our available selection of RV approved bike racks that you can look through.
