Question:
I have a 2007 low profile flat deck equipment trailer rated at 12,000 lbs. that came from the manufacture with 8-14.5 tires. The original tires were Kenda and did not have the MH on them. When It came time to replace them all I could find was MH tires, I was not happy but made due with what is available but keep wearing them out. Trailer has 6,000 lb. Dexter axles with 6 on 5.5 bolt circle hubs. I would like a standard 16inch wheel and radial tire replacement that will maintain my 12,000lbs. rating. I have a height issue and need to stay with a shorter tire, 30 inches or less would be best. I have the space between the tires for up to a 31 inch tire and maintain safe clearance between them. My current wheels have a solid disc center and I would prefer that or standard center over a spoke type. I just replaced the drums with another set of 6 lug drums so switching to 8 lugs is not an option currently.

So in terms of weight capacity you have to go with the tire size 235/80-16 since you need over a 3k capacity per wheel/tire.
That size though has an overall diameter of 30.9 inches. So for the bolt pattern you need best option is the Taskmaster part # TA39VR. It has a capacity of 3,520-lb max load at 80 psi, a speed rating of 81 mph and a 2 year roadside program.
