Will Trailer Tire Size 145R12 Replace 5.3x12

Question:
I am looking to replace my current trailer tires. The trailer is a light duty trailer. It currently has 5.3 x 12, 5 lug tires/wheel. I am thinking of getting your Kenda Karrier S-Trail ST145/R12 Radial Tire w/ 12inch Galvanized Spoke Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - LR D Item # AM31202 tire/wheel. Would this fit my trailer and do you need any additional info. My lugs are 2-5/8inch c/c, 4-5/8inch center of lug to center of lug line. 2-1/2inch hub opening.

Your current tire size of 5.3-12 would easily be replaceable by a tire size ST145R12 like the # AM31202 the sizes are actually very similar so it would be an easy transition. Based on the dimensions you listed you have the very common 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern which is what this wheel has.
