Question:
considering Kenda ST145/R12 LR E for my Coachman Clipper Sport Popup. I have been blowing tires out and think the heavier LR and a Premium Radial tire would be better and less prone to blow. DO you agree? Advice?

Increasing your load range could be a good thing or a bad thing depending on the situation. If your trailer isn't pushing the load capacity of your current tires, then I wouldn't worry too much about increasing the load range to prevent blow outs.
If you are using bias ply tires, then upgrading to radial tires will have a significant impact because radial tires are much better suited to highway/paved road travel. The cords in the rubber are more suitable to flex which allows for more tread contact with the road and more heat dissipation when driving. This will decrease the amount of heat in the tire and give you better traction.
If you are having problems with regular blowouts, another area I would check is your spindles and bearings. Check the spindles and bearings for discoloration or pitting which could indicate that the issue is originating from a potential bent spindle, a spindle nut that was too tight or an axle that is out of line. If you have any of these issues, then you could change your tires to the best American made tire and you will still have the same problem. Let me know if you find something after looking at those and I'd be happy to investigate further with you.
