Trailer Hub Recommendation with Bearings LM11949 and LM67048

Question:
i need a hub .. i have inner bearing lm 67048.. the outter bearing is lm 11949.. it is on hay bale caddy.....wheels are 4 lug on 4.5. Cant find those wheels anywhere so would need 5 lug I guess...thanks

The trailer hub part # DX22XR uses both bearing numbers you mentions of LM67048 and LM11949 and has a bolt pattern of 5 on 4-1/2 inch so it will fit. The bolt pattern would be different though so you'd need to find a new wheel and tire.
