Therefore, yes, the installation video we have of this harness installed on a 2011 will be the same as the installation you will need to perform on your 2017 Subaru Outback Wagon.
Yes, the No-Drill Mount Bracket part # 18140 will work well with the Adapter 4 Pole to 7 Pole and 4 Pole part # C57674 as both of the mounting holes for the brackets are spaced 2-1/4" apart.
