Recommendation for High Load Range Tire on 15 Inch Wheel with 6 on 5-1/2 Inch Bolt Pattern

Question:

Can I get wheels and tires that have @12k capacity for a 5th wheel? Currently have E loads on 15inch rims.

The highest load capacity tire and wheel combination we currently have available for 15-inch rims with a 6 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern is a Load Range E like the Westlake # LHAW124. This is a ST225/75R15 size radial tire mounted to a 15-inch silver mod wheel. It will provide a maximum load of 2,830 pounds at 80 psi and a maximum speed of 75 mph. This tire/wheel combo offers a 5-year warranty on the tire and 1-year on the wheel.

When replacing the tires on your trailer, I recommend picking out a size that matches what you currently have. The size will be listed on the sidewall of the tire itself. If you are looking to get a bigger size, you will just need to make sure you will have the necessary wheel well clearance for a taller and wider set.
