Question:

I have 2001 F350 7.3 DRW Super Cab 4x4. I tow a 5th wheel RV. The kingpin weight is around 2750#. Im interested in adding an air bag suspension to relieve stress on the truck and improve the ride. Do you have a recommendation? Firestone is the only system Ive read about up to this point. Thanks!!

We do offer many rear-axle air bag kits for your 2001 F-350 7.3L dually Super Cab 4x4 pickup. All are shown on the linked page and these include Firestone and AirLift products.

You will note some of these are hitch-specific kits, but the Firestone option # F2550 will work with any brand of in-bed hitch, it requires no drilling and it works with or without factory top overload springs. This kit is intended for vehicles with a stock suspension and it provides 5000-lbs of load support.

5th wheelers often add a compressor kit to allow instant pressure adjustment from the comfort of the cab. Compressor kit # F2158 offers plenty of capacity for this air bag system. Please refer to the linked video to see an installation of this kit.
