Question:

I found the connection in rear of the car but it didnt have any power to the plug it has the 30 amp fuse installed in fuse panel for towing package

It sounds like your 2009 Lexus RX 350 does not have the factory tow package. It may have the fuse in the fuse holder but the package was never installed.

If that is the case then I recommend a wire harness like part # 118478. This harness has a power module that combines the brake and signal functions. This harness plugs into the connections points behind the driver and passenger side trim panels. You then need to run the hot lead wire to the positive battery post.

if you are not the original owner you may want to contact a dealership with the VIN to verify whether the factory tow package was installed on the vehicle.
