For your Spare Tire Carrier, I recommend the Trailer Spare Tire Carrier and Dolly Bracket by Dutton-Lainson # DL22144. Not only is this spare tire carrier made in the USA, it also has a really nice function for your boat trailer in that it can be used to help move your trailer in a straight line. This carrier will fit 4 on 4 bolt pattern or 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern with 8, 9, or 12 inch tires.
Another option I recommend is the Offset Trailer Spare Tire Carrier by Dutton-Lainson # DL22120 which has the more traditional design, but is also made in the USA. This carrier is only compatible with 9-14 inch wheels with 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern.
