Question:
Hi, I have a chariot chinook 2 and the black rubber at the bike end of the bike arm, that fixes the ball onto the bike on the left of the 2nd picture in your series for this product has snapped. Do you sell this separately?

We do not sell that replacement part for the Thule Chariot Chinook 2. Unfortunately, you would have to replace the whole arm with the Replacement Hitch Arm Assembly part # 40191109.
