Now this part here replaces the foot plate on that Thule Chariot Cross, the Chariot Light or the Chariot Sport one seat combination Bike Trailer and Stroller. Fits on the front of the bike trailer and provides protection from wind and road debris. It does include the attachment hardware I have laid out here. Also, if you notice installed in it, it includes the two reflectors right here and at the very bottom you can see the two sliding vents that you can open or slide closed.
