How Much Quicker is High Speed Lippert Landing Gear Motor than Lower Speed Motor

Question:

is their any different in quality LG-142178 and the LG-141893 if not why price difference you would think the high speed would be more than the low speed and can you tell a difference in speed that they raise and lower the fifth wheel ? My old one was extremely slow. Thanks

The price difference does seem backwards, but the faster speed part # LG-141893 has the same weight capacity as the lower speed part # LG-142178 that you also referenced.

It's a difference of 5,500 RPM and 7,140 RPM so you would definitely see a speed difference between the two. Basically the faster speed motor is going to be 28 percent faster.
