Question:
What is your return policy if the rack doesnt fit my vehicle? I need a new rack for my Chevy Volt 2016 and would like to purchase this one. Thanks

A 2016 Chevy Volt; I always liked the Volt. I'm a little jealous!
I can tell you now that none of the Thule trunk mount racks will fit the 2016 Chevy Volt. Thule does extensive testing so if they don't show a fit then their racks should not be used. But I have excellent news for you because there are some trunk mount racks that can be used with your Volt. And I will link the returns policy for you to view.
Yakima lists the FullBack, # Y02634, as fits for your Volt. This rack is similar to the Thule rack you asked about since it attaches to the vehicle using 4 attachment points rather than 6. The FullBack is the higher end model of the Yakima racks. The ZipStrip cradles are easy to use compared to rubber straps and it has a built-in cable lock to secure the bikes to the rack. I have linked a video review of this rack on a vehicle that isn't even half as cool as your Volt.
If you will be carrying any bikes that do not have a top frame bar that goes straight across (like a typical men's bike would) then I recommend using bike adapter bar # 64005. This will allow you to carry those bikes more level and will provide better ground clearance. I have linked a video showing how the adapter works.
