Will this fit on a 2011 Silverado truck. The truck has a roll up tanneau truck bed cover with Velcro rails.

The Inno Velo Gripper part # INRT201 installs where the tonneau cover rails are installed so it will not fit with the rails. You could still carry bikes in the bed of your Silverado using the Thule GateMate Pro Tailgate Pad for Full-Size Trucks - Up to 8 Bikes - 60" Wide Item # TH824PRO.
