Question:
Do you sell just the hardware kit: nuts, bolts, spacers, fish wire, etc? I need the hardware for a Curt 12270 hitch for a 2001 Subaru Outback. thanks

We have exactly what you need.
For a replacement hardware kit to install the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C12270 on your 2001 Subaru Outback, you will just need part # RHK. Once on the product page, you will simply type hitch part number (C12270) into the box located under "Hitch Item Number", and the complete hardware kit will be assembled for you.
I have also attached an installation video on a 2000 Subaru Outback Wagon for you to check out.
