The Yakima Rack and Roll Trailer # Y08107 referenced in your question is a great product and will be perfect for transporting your 5 bikes, or any other accessories you may want to haul in the future. The trailer basically works as a Yakima roof rack on wheels, with 78 inch crossbars to provide attachment points for bike racks, cargo baskets and other roof-mounted products.
First, to transport your 5 bikes on the trailer, you will need compatible bike racks to secure your bikes for travel.
For an economical option, I recommend looking at the Yakima Boa Roof Mounted Bike Carrier # Y02065. This is a fork-mounted bike rack system so you will need to remove the front wheels from your bikes for proper attachment. This is a nice 2-piece system with a flexible design and is compatible with disc brakes. Each system can hold one bike so you will need five to account for all of your bikes.
I also recommend looking at the Yakima FrontLoader Wheel Mount Bike Carrier # Y02103. This will attach to the crossbars on the Yakima Rack and Roll Trailer and can hold almost any size bike. It features a wheel-mount design that will offer easy loading and will not require you to remove the front wheels from your bikes. This rack has a 1 bike capacity and can accept wheels that are between 20 and 29 inches, and tire widths up to 2-1/2 inches.
Then, depending on the weight of your bikes, Yakima does recommend adding the HD Shocks # Y08110 if you will be hauling more than 200 pounds. The weight capacity of the Yakima Trailer is 250 pounds but with the HD Shocks, the capacity increases to 350 pounds.
If you do not have one already, you will need a compatible 2 inch hitch ball like the Curt # A-90. I have also attached an article on finding the right ball mount for your setup that you may find helpful. A ball mount like the Curt Class III # C45036 includes the 2 inch hitch ball and will give you a 2 inch drop.
Lastly, you will need a 4-way flat connector installed in your tow vehicle if you do not have one already to connect to the trailer and power its rear signal lights. If you need this, I will be happy to give you the correct wiring harness if you are able to tell me the year, make and model of your vehicle.
I have included video demonstrations on all of the products mentioned for you to check out.
