75515 hitch: do I need a torque wrench to put this on our can I just do it with a ratchet . If I need a torque wrench what size what I need 3/8 inch or half inch?

When installing trailer hitches like the Draw Tite part # DT78MR it is important to use a torque wrench to ensure that you use the proper torque value when installing.
We have the PowerBuilt Torque Wrench part # ALL944001 which has a 1/2 inch and 3/8 inch drive option.
