The primary difference is a matter of numbers.
When installed, the Draw-Tite Class III # 76025 will sit so the inside top edge of the receiver tube sits about 13 inches above the ground, and the receiver tube will sit under the bumper so that the hitch pin hole is recessed under the vehicle by about 5 inches.
The EcoHitch # 306-X7253 inside top edge of the receiver will sit about 14 inches above the ground and the hitch pin hole will be recessed by about 4 inches. In other words, the EcoHitch will sit about an inch closer to the bumper in height and recessed behind the rear face of the bumper 1 inch less than the Draw-Tite. Both hitches have the same capacity.
In my opinion, the 1 inch of extra ground clearance and the fact that the face of the receiver will be 1 inch closer to the back of the bumper doesn't justify the price difference. Both hitches would be nicely concealed, so I'd personally save a few bucks by going with the Draw-Tite # 76025.
I've linked to install videos and have provided side-by-side comparison photo showing both hitches installed.
