I need a hub assembly with bearings. The number on my hub assembly is the 46210

Based on my research the hub 46210 is an idler hub for a 3500-lb axle.

Since I do not know which hub bolt pattern you need I have linked our main page that displays all hubs for 3500-lb axles. You need to match up your wheel bolt pattern (please refer to the linked article for help and then click on the appropriate filter on the hub page), choose the hub type (idler or with a brake drum) and then confirm that your existing hub uses the same inner and outer bearings as the replacement. Part numbers should appear on your existing bearings as shown in the linked photo.

A new hub MUST use the same inner and outer bearing in order to ensure it will fit properly on your spindles. All displayed hubs on the page use inner bearing # L68149 and outer bearing # L44649.

For an idler hub with the 5-on-4-1/2 bolt pattern use part # AKIHUB-545-35-K.
