Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs to Fit 2006 Ford F-250 with Blue Ox Hitch

I have a 2006 F250 crew cab 4x4 with a Blue Ox gooseneck hitch model DH1201. Which Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate do I need? I see three to choose from, 88291, 88212 or 88398. Thanks!

The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate # AL88398 is the correct kit for your truck with the Blue Ox hitch.

The # AL88212 will only work if you have the Reese universal rail kit and the # AL88291 works with a B&W fifth wheel hitch.

Hey Tyler, the correct Air Lift 5000 kit with the jounce bumper for your 2006 Ford F-250 4x4 is the part #AL88398 and not the one you referenced. The reason there is a different fit is because the 4wd models sit up a little taller.

Air Lift does have an air bag kit that fits your 2005 Ford F-350 with the part #AL57397 but the one you referenced would only fit with the B and W fifth wheel rail kits.
