Those don't fit a 2008 Ford F-250. Instead you will need the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers item # AL88398. These work with the 4WD models and have the same 5,000 lbs capacity. If your F-250 is a 2WD you'll need item # AL88212.

Since your F-250 has a 4-1/2" lift you will need to add a spacer to the rear end to compensate for the extra space in the suspension. There's two options and which one you need will depend on how tall the lift actually is in the rear end. You will want to take a measurement of the lifting block they used. If it's 4" or more use the Air Lift Universal Air Spring Spacers item # AL52440. If it's less then 4" use Item # AL52420.

I also recommend adding the Firestone Air Command item # F2610 to your truck. This onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags from your phone.
