I need to know the measurement of the holes on the square end of the unit, outside to outside and center to center

I went to our warehouse and measured the Polar Polished Stainless Steel T-Strap Hinge # PLR3408-PS to get the dimensions you need.

The two holes on the square/door jamb end of the hinge are 3/8-inch in diameter. Their center-to-center hole spacing is 3-3/16-inches and their outside-to-outside spacing is 3-5/8-inches. I prepared a photo with these dimensions that is linked for you.
