Difference Between 23-106 and 23-105 Trailer Brake Assemblies

My trailer has 23-106 brakes on right side and 23-105 on the left side. Not sure what Im supposed to have on this trailer. They are Dexter P12 axles, Serial # SLR. Spindle diameter is 2-1/4. Maybe you can help me.
