I contacted Air Lift and they told me that the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 # AL57200 is a confirmed fit for your 2011 Ford F-150 with the FX4 package. The # AL57200 kit is for the 4X4 model and has a 5,000 lbs weight capacity.
If you are needing a 2 wheel drive kit, then you will need # AL57228. The 2 wheel drive air springs have a 5,000 Lbs weight capacity and like the 4X4 model has a no drill installation.
You can also install an Air Lift WirelessAir Compressor System, # AL74000. This compressor will allow to manually adjust the air springs from inside the cab of your vehicle. This kit will include the compressor, a dash mount remote, and all hose and hardware needed to install.
