Hi, everyone, Steven here with etrailer. Today, we're looking at our very own etrailer RV Reclining Sofa. So, folks, you're going to get what you see here before me. You get the right/left hand and that center console, giving you a total length, end-to-end, of 80 inches. So, if your RV sofa is starting to show its age, whether the cushions have maybe lost some support over the years, maybe the upholstery's seen better days, the pets, the kids, the grandkids, whoever has got some scratches, maybe even tears, this new one will totally transform that living space and give it a nice, beautiful upgrade. Now, this is going to give you that residential style of comfort and look back into that camper or fifth wheel without difficult installation.

So, from the moment you sit down, you're going to notice the difference. You've got high-density foam inside of here. You've got combination S-spring and round spring support system, and that's going to give you the comfort and support you need for everyday relaxing after those long days out on the water or outdoors, hiking, who knows, and you just want to spend some quality time and relax. Now, this is what we call a soft leathaire upholstery. So it's a good look as far as looking like genuine leather, but it has been designed for the demands of RV living.

It feels comfortable, it wipes super clean with a damp cloth. If you do get some tougher stains, just use a little bit of detergent, and you'll be able to take care of that with ease. While I've got it the top view, I want to go ahead and fold down the center console. As you can see, you've got two cup holders, push the button there, you've got a 110 outlet, residential-style outlet, and you've got both an A and C USB charging ports. So you can charge your phone, tablet, other devices while you relax in comfort.

Now, one of the challenges of replacing your RV furniture is simply getting the old one out and getting the new one inside, right So, that's why this sofa shifts in three separate pieces. Again, you have your left and right hand recliner on the ends, and that center 22-inch center console. So, each piece will easily fit through most RV entry doors. And then after that, you simply connect them together inside the camper. I do want to go ahead and kind of zoom in here and kind of show you.

So, I don't have these technically put together. I just have them loosely pushed together. So if you ever use these, you kind of know already how they go together. There's slots or, in this case, I have the peg, if you want to call it that, the bracket, and the center console on this one will literally just kind of marry up together and slide and lock into place side by side. You're going to get all the hardware, connectors, the brackets, everything's included, and assembly doesn't require any tools at all. That being said, your old sofa is probably maybe screwed or bolted into the floor. Same thing. You want to make sure that you follow that assembly and make sure you get that mounted back to the floor because you don't want the stuff sliding around while you're driving around, those kind of things. Obviously, the cup holder on both sides here as well. Now, another feature is that these are reinforced plywood as far as the frame, and they have a tempered steel reclining mechanism. So, I am going to go ahead and just kind of recline this one real quick for you all the way down. So you can see it sticks out nice and far. And to give you the exact measurements, I put this as close to the wall as the manufacturer recommends. You need about four to five inches behind the top back. And when I had this fully reclined and I got it right here against the wall, nice and loosely just touching it, all the way out of here to the tip of my feet, I got 65 1/2 inches reclined like that, okay Now, as far as when everything is set up, (sofa clicking) when you first get it and you're straight up and down, from the top down, I got 40 inches tall. On the seat surface, I got 23 inches deep. Keep in mind, there's some guilt here on the cushion, so you can push that back and get a deeper measurement. I just took a loose measurement, and I got about 23 inches, and of course 22 inches wide on each individual seat. And again, folks, whenever it's standing up, I got about 35 inches from the front to the back. Now, some of the neighbors have asked, "Hey, Steve, I like that four to five-inch measurement, but at the base, it actually sits a little farther from the wall." And some campers and RVs maybe have pop outs or dinette things and different things in the way. Who knows I got about nine to 10 inches of space at the base behind it. So hopefully those measurements help you out if you're looking for that as well.
