For your 5200 lb Al-Ko Axle, I recommend the Electric Trailer Brake Assembly - Self-Adjusting - 12" - Left Hand - 5,200 lbs to 7,000 lbs # AKEBRK-7L-SA along with the right side # AKEBRK-7R-SA. These brake assemblies only need an initial adjustment when mounted and will self-adjust from that point. The backing plate is e-coated to resist wear and corrosion. They also have adjuster plugs to cover access holes to keep dirt and grime out of the assembly and off the shoes. These assemblies are more cost effective than replacing the individual parts.
If you want the individual parts you will want the Replacement Trailer Brake Magnet for 12" Brake Assemblies # BP01-180 and the 12" X 2" Electric Trailer Brake Shoe / Lining (One Wheel) # AKBRKR-S-12.
