Ive a 2014 Grand Design Reflection 303LS. Looking at ordering 4 of your e34SR leaf springs, and a set of LC64FR Shackles. Will the 5 leaf cause my rig to ride higher? Is the 3-1/8inch long shakle, Center-of-bolt to Center-of-bolt? thanks

Adding the 5-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 6,000-lb Trailer Axles - 25-1/4" Long # e34SR will only increase the height of your 2014 Grand Design Reflection 303 LS if your springs sit on top of the axle. The leaf thickness is 3/8" with an overall height of 1-7/8" so the difference will depend on what you have now compared to this five leaf spring.
When measuring shackles, like those included with the Lippert Tandem Axle Equa-Flex AP Kit - Wet Bolts - 3-1/8" Long Shackles # LC64FR, the measurement is always center to center on the bolt holes. So yes, you are correct.
