My bother in law has given us a 5th wheel as e he has purchased a motor coach and has a brand new companion 5th wheel hitch model number RVB3300 mounted on his 2015 ford 4x4 2500 he is willing to give me the hitch but what I need to fine out can I transfer the unit to my 1999 chevy 4x4 2500 or do you have an adapter available to make this possible.

Unfortunately the Underbed Puck mounted systems are not available for your 1999 Chevrolet C/K 2500. I recommend getting a set of standard 5th wheel rails, like the Reese Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches - 10 Bolt, # RP30035, and getting the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Dual Jaw - 18,000 lbs, # BWRVK3255, for a similiar hitch or if you only need the base, the Replacement Base for B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - 18,000 lbs, # BWRVB3255.
If you are interested in the Companion Series, you will want the Custom Underbed Installation Kit for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches, # BWGNRK1000-5W, and the # BWRVK3500-5W hitch for your 1999 Chevrolet C/K 2500 4x4.
