Could I please get a drawing showing the bolt pattern for the DL22320 2500# jack? Trying to incorporate into a new design. Thanks.

I have a solution to your question. For the Dutton-Lainson Bolt-On, Drop Leg Trailer Jack, # DL22320, I have attached a photo of the mounting bracket. We have measured the bracket and the distances of the mounting holes and marked them for you in the picture.

What you describe typically happens if the jack has been over-extended or retracted. I'd continue spraying PB Blaster on the screw, followed by some raps on the end of the screw with a mallet or dead-blow hammer which will hopefully free things…
