Bolt On Side Wind Drop Leg Trailer Jack w/ Foot Plate
Question:
Looking for a lightweight side-wind jack having a lift of at least 8 inches. Must have a foot no wheel and can be bolted on No weld or bracket. Prefer the unit itself to weigh less than 15 pounds. Weight capacity can be as little as 300 pounds.

I found a jack that fits all of your criteria except it is a little heavier at 21 lbs. It is the Drop Leg Trailer Jack with Footplate - item # DL97MR. This is a bolt on side wind jack that has plenty of travel.
