In order to be able to make sure you get the correct hub cap for your 38-ft trailer you will need to measure the pilot hole on your wheel with a digital caliper like part # PTW80157.
The cap you came from is designed for wheels with a 3.19-inch diameter pilot hole and this cap has a removable plug that can work with EZ Lube axles.
