Does 4-1/2 Inch Tall Trailer Frame Require Taller U-Bolts with CE Smith Post Guide Ons CE27640

My trailer measures 4.5 inches tall . Do I need to order the larger U bolts? Can I cut the 60 inches down if it is too tall. Im kind of in between I think.

You are very close to the dimension that requires the longer u-bolts, but since you are over the frame height of 4-1/4 inches you would need the u-bolt kit part # CE11416. If you wanted to trim down the height of the uprights to a lower height that is an option as well.
