Im having trouble confirming if this is the replacement hardware kit that Id need for a 2005 gmc Yukon slt 4wd. Can you confirm it for me or point me in the direction of the correct kit? Thank you

Your 2005 GMC Yukon would take the grille guard part # 40-0335 so that means that for a hardware kit you would need the part # 40-033PK.
The hardware kit you referenced is for Nissan vehicles and would not fit. You should note that you would need to verify that your grille guard is a Westin designed for your vehicle. You can't use a different hardware kit to adapt a grille guard to a different vehicle.
