Need mounts to install a bar to a 2013 dodge ram 1500.

Grille guards like the one in your photo are made as vehicle-specific products. So too are the installation kits that are required to mount one.
This means that you need both a grille guard (or bull bar) AND an installation kit both specifically made for your particular vehicle, in your case a 2013 Ram 1500. You cannot install a guard on a vehicle for which it was not designed even if you have the correct install kit for that item.

I do not see an exact match to current products. If you can find a brand and part number on your guard I can check to see what vehicles it fits.
