I have a Thule Ridgeline with a specific key code and I would like the key for the THSTL2 to match. Is this possible?

Yes you can order a replacement lock core and key to fit the # THSTL2 that you referenced. The two parts you would need are THLOCKNXXXX and THKEYNXXXX where the X's would equal the key number you have.
For example, if you have key number 070 you would need lock cylinder part # THLOCKN070 and key part # THKEYN070.
