Question:

I have a 2016 Limited with no tow package. I had an hitch installed but they didnt add the wiring harness. Which type of harness should I buy.

You have a couple of options to add a trailer connector to your 2016 Dodge Durango Limited that did not come with the factory tow package. For a 4-Way flat connector you can use # 118617. Or, if you need a 7-Way trailer connector, use # TK22113.
