I need overall dimensions on the jack, wide height, bottom of the tube to bottom of the mounting plate.

When the Bulldog Jack part # BD195351 is fully retracted it measures 17-5/8 inches tall, when fully extended it's 27-5/8 inches tall. Outer tube is 2-1/4 inch square and inner tube diameter is 2 inch square.

It does not have a mounting plate as it is designed to be welded directly on so I can't give you bracket dimensions.
