Hello Question regarding front hitches that fit my 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500. What is the difference between C31069 and C31012

The biggest difference between the # C31012 and the # C31069 (both of which are confirmed to fit your 2018 Silverado 1500) is ground clearance. The Curt # C31069 will hang down 6-3/4 inches from the mounting surface and the # C31012 will hang down 8-3/16 inches. They will mount in the same location and both will require trimming the front air dam.

i have a 2020 gmc slt 4x4. Crew Cab 1500 it came electric wheel chair & carrier. i see you have front mouted 2" square receiver. can you see any reason i could not mount on front of truck so i could pull a light weight trailer.?

You can attach your wheelchair carrier to the Curt Front Hitch # C31088 on your Sierra 1500. A lot of customers transfer their accessories to the front to pull a trailer like you're wanting to do. You'll just want to make sure the loaded carrier isn't too tall to obstruct your vision and be a little cautious when sitting in traffic because it's going to block some airflow.
