Question:
would this hitch physically fit/mount on a 2005 Excursion 4x4, 6.0 diesel? I realize it is more hitch than I need, I just want to know if it would install? Thanks

Expert Reply:
I have a very high capacity hitch I can recommend for your 2005 Ford Excursion, but the Curt part # C15410 is not it.
Instead you would want the Torklift part # TLF1006 which is a confirmed fit and has a 1,700 lb tongue weight capacity and a 17,000 lb total trailer weight capacity.
