I wasn't able to find specific information for your trailer with the part numbers you provided, but I do have some options for you. There are two things you need to look at when replacing your wheel cylinders. You need to know the size of your brake assembly and whether you need single (one plunger) or duo (two plungers).
A very likely fit are the Titan Uni-Servo # T0977700 for the left and # T0977600 for the right. They're single-servo and will fit 10, 12, and 13 inch brakes.
If you have duo-servo cylinders, # T1718500 and # T1718600 will work for 12 inch brakes.
