Is Fascia Trimmed When Installing Trailer Hitch On 2016 Land Rover Range Rover Sport

Hi do I need to cut the facia to get the draw tight trailer hitch on the above-mentioned model? Thanks

When installing the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch, part # 75229 on your 2016 Range Rover Sport, the bottom underbody appearance panel needs to be trimmed. I have attached a photo from the installation instructions that shows where the trimming must be done.
No mention is made of the fascia being trimmed in the instructions.
