The spindles of an EZ lube axle are the exact same as a non-EZ-lube. Only difference being the zerk fitting at the end of it. The EZ lube hubs we offer are the same as the non-EZ-lube hubs with the only difference being the grease cap has a rubber plug that fits the cap.

For a replacement hub to replace yours with a 5 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern and matches your bearings of L44649/L68149 you would wan the part # AKHD-555-35-K for a non-EZ lube or part # AKHD-555-35-EZ-K for EZ-lube style.

We only have one trailer wheel available that features a 5 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern with the Americana # AM20053, which I don't think is the style you're looking for. If your hubs use the same inner and outer bearings mentioned above, you can replace them with the etrailer # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K, which features the much more common 5 on 4-1/2" pattern. You could pair this with a galvanized rim # AM20048 for a sleek (and corrosion resistant) appearance.
