Question:
I have a 2inch by 2 inch receiver hitch. I bought a slide in camper that overhangs the pickup bed 18 inches. Now my boat trailer tongue is to short to make turns.Help. I need at least a total of 30 inches extention. Boat trailer tongue weight is only about 75 pounds with total boat and trailer 2500 gvw. What products do you have that would work. And total cost.I already have the Reese 6 inch extention with ball attached.

For a regular extension that fits a 2 inch trailer hitch receiver the longest available is going to be 18 inches such as # C45796. In order to reach at least 30 inches you would then need to use a ball mount that measures at least 12 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the center of the ball hole.
But I do not know how much rise or drop you need to tow the trailer level. So what I did was include a link to the fixed ball mounts that would be long enough, as well as a link to how to measure for rise and drop needed, so you can get the best one that will allow you to tow the trailer as level as possible.
With that said keep in mind that the use of an extension will reduce the tongue weight capacity of the trailer by 50 percent. Based on the numbers you have provided that doesn't seem like it is going to be a problem. But for future reference keep the reduced capacity in mind. Current pricing is available on all of the product pages.

My husband is searching for a Stirling trailer tongue extension kit. - fits 2 inc receiver, 1200 lb max gross trailer weight, 200 lbs max tongue weight, galvanized steel. The company indicates they are not able to get this part any longer. And it is what he needs to complete the trailer he built. Any ideas on where to get this part?
