Bike rack manufacturers make their threaded hitch pins/locks and threaded rack shanks uniquely threaded so you would not be able to use one brand of lock with another brand bike rack. The best solution to lock the Curt bike rack # C18065 is to use a cable lock such as # e98891 woven through the bikes/rack and the trailer hitch safety chain loops.
