Can Front Bike Wheel be Turned 45 Degrees and Still Work with Inno Velo Gripper in Ford F-150
Updated 07/05/2016 | Published 07/01/2016 >
Question:
I have a short bed Ford F150, and my bike wont quite fit with the front wheel on if I load it straight. Will the Velo Gripper work if I have to turn the front wheel at a 45 degree angle? I assume Id still connect the Gripper to the front fork, but Im wondering about the stability of the bike in the bed when loaded like that. Thanks

Expert Reply:
The Inno Velo Gripper # INRT201 will still work with the bike front wheel turned as long as the Gripper has something to grab onto. If it was just one Gripper holding the whole bike then there might be a stability problem. But there are 2 included so one can grab at the front of the bike and the other at the rear so it is stable.
