Question:
Hi Im planing to put mini led side marker lights on my 2016 utility dry Van. I would like to put 12 on top and 12 on bottom one side. My question is... How many off them I can connect to one wire to dont burn fuses, connections etc.

I can help you determine how many LED lights your 2016 Utility Dry Van is capable of adding.
First thing you will want to do is check the fuse on the truck for the amp rating. For example purposes lets say its 15amps. You will then want to plug in the Dry Van and then test that same running light circuit for the amps already being pulled by the trailer with a tester like the # PTW80157. Again lets say you find that it is 10amps. This means that you have about 5amps before you hit your capacity.
We know that each LED marker light # MCL11RKB will pull .03amps so (.03 x 24 = .72) which totals less than 1amp and is well within your capacity. This means you will be able to run all the lights to the same 16 gauge wire like # 16-1-1 with quick splices like # SWC502905-1 and then to your running light circuit behind your tail lights.
It's important to note that these lights require a 12volt battery system to work properly and not 24 volt battery system like many semi trucks we see have.
